A local development group is planning to build a 16,000-square-foot professional park in Nocatee, according to The Parc Group.

NTM Valley Ridge LLC recently bought a 2-acre commercial site at the corner of Valley Ridge Boulevard and Greenleaf Drive. The project, called Greenleaf Professional Park, will include four buildings for medical, dental, and office use.

Construction is set to begin in 2025, with the first building expected to be completed later that year.

The Parc Group also announced that Dental Specialists of North Florida will open an office in the complex, making it their third location in the region.

“We are excited to start designing and building our new state-of-the-art facility in Nocatee,” said Dr. John Thousand IV, CEO of Dental Specialists of North Florida. “This project is an important step in our mission to provide high-quality periodontal and dental implant care to the community.”
