Kantola Curry Recipe
To make Kantola curry, you have to follow the steps given below.
Step 1: After cleaning the Kantola/Kakoda thoroughly with water, wash it and cut it.
Step 2: Heat oil in a pan on low flame, then add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them crackle.
Step 3: Stir the ginger-garlic paste for a few seconds. Add turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder, 2 pinches of asafoetida and salt. Mix well and fry for about a minute.
