Janani Shishu Suraksha Karyakram : Amount provided at district level :
referral facility:
- 1000 rupees will be given to the pregnant woman and for going to and fro at the time of delivery .
- Under this scheme, if the newborn baby is seriously ill, then in this situation, an amount of thousand rupees will be provided for traveling for treatment.
food arrangement :
- In case of normal delivery, the pregnant woman will be given ₹ 50 per day for food for 3 days .
- And in case of cesarean delivery, Rs.50 per day will be provided for food for a maximum of 7 days.
drug availability :
- In case of normal delivery ₹ 300 will be provided for medicines and in case of cesarean delivery Rs 1600 will be provided for medicines.
- Apart from this, ₹ 200 will be provided for the treatment of the newborn .
Medical examination and availability of blood facility as per requirement
- ₹ 200 in case of normal delivery and ₹ 500 in case of cesarean delivery will be provided for the test.
- And a maximum assistance of Rs 300 will be provided for blood facility .
