Get ready for a thrilling challenge—Game Over Escape Rooms is coming to St. Johns County.

This escape room franchise, known for its intense, themed obstacle courses, will soon open at the Bartram Pointe shopping center, according to the Jacksonville Daily Record.

Players will have just 60 minutes to solve puzzles and escape from terrifying or mind-bending scenarios. Themes include:

• Chernobyl – Navigate a radioactive disaster zone.
• Jack the Ripper – Solve mysteries in the dark streets of 19th-century London.
• Alice in Wonderland – Sneak past the Queen of Hearts and find your way back to reality.

Game Over Escape Rooms, which started in Greece, has nearly 70 locations in 28 countries, including France, Germany, Austria, and Belgium. The St. Johns County location will be its sixth in Florida.

“Since our inception, we have been dedicated to designing and constructing unique and immersive turnkey experiences that transport our guests to other worlds and challenge their skills and wits,” the company states on its website.
