A prime piece of land on Ponte Vedra Blvd. has sold for $4.7 million, according to county records.

The half-acre lot, located at 330 Ponte Vedra Blvd., sits right next to the 3rd tee box of the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club’s Ocean Course. This gives it direct views of the golf course, according to real estate broker Elizabeth Hudgins of Berkshire Hathaway, who handled the listing.

The property, just 12 houses away from the club, has 100 feet of frontage along the boulevard. It was originally listed for $6.75 million in March, but that price included a house that was later torn down before the sale.

Over the past year, demand for homes on Ponte Vedra Blvd. has remained high. Many properties, especially those directly on the water, have sold for tens of millions of dollars.
