Brig Hart, a well-known network marketer and entrepreneur, has sold his luxurious waterfront estate on South Roscoe Boulevard for $7.1 million.
But he’s not leaving the neighborhood.
Where’s He Moving?
Hart and his wife, Lita, already own a lot next door and plan to build a new home there.
“They’re moving right next door,” his son, Paul Hart, told The Citizen.
Inside the $7.1M Property
The Seven Palms estate features:
✅ 5,750-square-foot home
✅ Four bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms
✅ Sprawling 2-acre lot
✅ 3,166-square-foot car garage with a bar
Originally listed for $8.5 million in 2023, the price later dropped to $7.75 million before selling this week.
The buyer? A surgeon who the Harts believe will be a great neighbor.
Brig Hart’s Journey
Hart made his fortune in network marketing, notably with Amway, after an early career in surfboard shops.
Originally from Maryland, he’s been open about overcoming drug and alcohol struggles before turning to Christianity.
After purchasing the home in 2011 for $1.15 million, Hart oversaw major renovations to the property.
Now, he’s starting fresh—just a few steps away.
