Brig Hart, a well-known network marketer and entrepreneur, has sold his luxurious waterfront estate on South Roscoe Boulevard for $7.1 million.

But he’s not leaving the neighborhood.

“They’re moving right next door,” his son, Paul Hart, told The Citizen.

Originally from Maryland, he’s been open about overcoming drug and alcohol struggles before turning to Christianity.

After purchasing the home in 2011 for $1.15 million, Hart oversaw major renovations to the property.
