BIPORJOY Official Announcement of Cash Dolls Assistance: Official BIPORJOY Announcement of Cash Dolls Assistance in Gujarat Districts Affected by Cyclones: Government of Gujarat announced It is now resolved to provide cash assistance to those who were displaced by Cyclone Biporjoy in the amount of Rs. 100 per day for adults and Rs. 60 per day for children for a maximum of 5 (five) days.

The Gujarati government has taken precautions by evacuating residents of the BIPORJOY cyclone-affected areas to safer locations. According to the Revenue Department’s reference of 18/03/2021, the administration must provide cash support to those who have been displaced and are living in affected areas in order to help them deal with the difficulty of getting basic necessities.

The guidelines for the payment of daily monetary assistance (CashDolls) to persons impacted by natural calamities are outlined in the Revenue Department’s Resolution No. 1. The directions to pay all forms of assistance provided under SDRF/NDRF to the impacted recipient through DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) or PFMS (Public Fund Management System) in the bank account are now in force following the resolution of Introduction-2. However, given the current situation, banking transactions in the impacted areas may be challenging.

The amount of CashDolls in the impacted Ismo’s account becomes extremely tough to deposit and withdraw under these circumstances. Thus, the subject of cash assistance was taken into account to offer the impacted citizens instant relief.
