A new office complex is coming to Nocatee after a local development group purchased a 2-acre commercial site. The project, called Greenleaf Professional Park, will be a 16,000-square-foot office complex, The Parc Group announced.

NTM Valley Ridge LLC recently bought the land at the intersection of Valley Ridge Boulevard and Greenleaf Drive, according to a press release.

The developers plan to build four buildings that will house medical, dental, and other commercial offices. Construction is set to begin in 2025, with the first building expected to be completed later that year.

One of the tenants will be Dental Specialists of North Florida, which will open its third location in the region.

“We are excited to begin work on our new state-of-the-art facility in Nocatee. This project is an important step in expanding Dental Specialists of North Florida and providing high-quality periodontal and dental implant care to the community,” said Dr. John Thousand IV, CEO of Dental Specialists of North Florida.
